Brookside's Jennifer Ellison continues her quest for Kylie-style pop success and with the ability to put her leg behind her head, what could possibly go wrong? Now Jennifer is setting her sights on the pop charts and the scouser with attitude is like a one-women Atomic Kitten, her latest single is Bye Bye Boy.

Before winning the role of teenage temptress Emily Shadwick in Brookside in 1998, Jennifer Ellison was a dancer, she won prizes for ballet and modern dance, and performed in front of princess Anne in the West End.

Jennifer's evolution to soap favourite continued when Maxim readers voted her their TV personality of the year in 2001, like Claire Sweeney before her, she also found time to model for Marks & Spencer.  One of Jennifer's most memorable moments was when she wore this dress  to the British soap awards in 2001. Her skimpy frocks, marvelous cleverage and relationship with footballer Steven Gerrard constantly made the headlines.
